Hi guys 
I hope all your weeks have started well. I’ve been feeling kinda bleurgh the last couple of days….I think someone cast another darn “woman’s curse” upon me…..sigh. I hate PMT!
You know how it is girls. I mean we eat right, exercise and focus on keeping ourselves feeling at our best and then WHAM! BAM! The monthly hell hits and you go from feeling fine and dandy to tired, low on energy and wanting to crawl under a duvet with the “Sex and the City” box set and a world of chocolate. I hate hormones!!!
I don’t know about you but I always draw into myself a bit for a couple of days each month. I crave my own space and turn into a nightmare if I don’t get it! All of a sudden I start doubting myself….”Emma, you’re not a good enough girlfriend”, “Emma, you look terrible”, “Emma, you’re bad at your job”, “Emma. You.Are.FAT!” Yeah….hormones can turn your head around….and then the next day you feel kinda calm again…..
Today my hormones did the talking and I busted out the choccie! (thanks Carrie!)

And gave myself a much needed boost! (thanks Carrie again!)
Anyway, all this rambling will eventually lead me to something good I promise. Feeling like a monster got me thinking about “Operation Beautiful” and how on some days a little pick me up can make a whole lotta difference. Everyone who has ever read any of this blog, you’re amazing. I know I’m not a super cool famous blogger or anything but I love every single one of you who reads my pages regularly. By reading your blogs, I have seen so many beautiful qualities in so many beautiful people…….YOU’RE FAB! YES YOU! YOU’RE THE BEST!!!
Anyway, I know there are lots of random blog awards floating around blogworld. I decided to come up with a DIY version and I just wanted to give it to a few people who really make me smile every day because of their beautiful qualities.
