WIAW

Hi Peeps :-)

I type this post from the comfort of my living room, with “Cupcake Wars” as my entertainment. I’m feeling kinda bleurgh at the moment so I’m sorry if my posts reflect that. I guess life challenges you at times :-)

Anyway…..no matter what your mood or what kind of day you’ve had, it’s always nice to pull on your PJs and join the ultimate party. Yes ladies….it’s WIAW time again!Breakfast was of the oaty variety……

Fine ground oats, chopped banana, soya pudding and a blob of speculoos

This was mega yummy! I got the soy pudding idea from Cherie and I’ll definitely be repeating this trick!

After breakkie, I ran the five miles to work, stopping on the way to pick up my iHerb order….Puffins and Kashi GoLean! I can’t wait to try them!!

Lunch came and went…..it looked something like this

hummus, kiwi, apple, toms, cucumber, almonds

Dinner was inspired by Nicky, who’s seitan photos reeeeeallly made me wanna try the stuff! It was yummy! I can’t wait to try some flavour and marinade combos!

seitan, stir fried veggies

This was washed down with some coconut water…..love this stuff!!Have you tried seitan?

How do you eat yours?! :-)

Happy WIAW peeps!!!

  3. When I was in treatment we made seitan fajitas. I remember really liking it- it had an interesting texture.
I’m going to need to try pudding oats when I get to London where they have good pudding.
You’ll love golean, it’s got these fiber twig things that I love the best. Puffins are a favourite with everyone, of course.

  4. How funny, I thought the EXACT same thing when I saw nicky’s seitan!!! It sounds delicious. I don’t know how to prepare it though!! I have wheat gluten though so I definitely want to attempt making it. Oh and cupcake wars is one of my favorite shows ever :)
